Job Description

Position: Operations AssistantReports to: Operations ManagerEmployment Type: Full Time, PermanentSalary: $35,000- $37,000 AnnuallyHours: Monday-Friday 9-5Special Requirements: License/Personal VehicleThe General ScopeAt MARDA Management our Operations Management Team works to provide personal and professional support for our clients and our tenants. Our team works together to ensure that we provide a frictionless customer service experience for our clients, tenants and vendors. The job environment is fast paced and results oriented. While there is urgency to goal achievement, responsibility for the achievement of results needs to be shared and effectively delegated when necessary. This position has a variety of tasks and is dynamic and changing. In general, the core of this position requires a motivated and motivating team builder and organization developer.The JobThe Operations Assistant will be responsible to:

  • Work directly with the property management team to provide support with:
  • Tenant communications
  • Inspections
  • Generating and posting of notices,
  • Gathering of detailed information to present to clients as needed
  • Meet regularly with new groups to proactively establish relationships
  • Act as a runner for the operations team including but not limited to spending time in the field going from property to property as required, door knocking to speak with tenants, walk throughs as required.

  • Be detailed oriented, organized, and have superior written and communications skills
  • Be fully computer literate and comfortable with various programs on both MAC/PC such as: Google Suite and Microsoft
  • Be innovative and flexible, good with changes happening quickly
  • Be able to motivate others to adapt
  • Have excellent customer service skills
  • Have exceptional problem solving skills
  • Have a self-confident, extroverted style that can enliven, engage and positively impact individuals and groups
The Other Requirements
  • Must obtain and submit police clearance
  • Must have your own vehicle and proper insurance
The “Nice To Haves”
  • Education in Office Administration, Real Estate or other related fields
  • Experience in property management
