Job Description

WELDING QUALITY INSPECTORPlatinum Direct Hire Inc. has an immediate Senior In-Process Welding and Machining Quality Inspector opportunity in Windsor/Essex. This position requires experience with fabrication and machining. You must have your own transportation.COMPANY PERKS AND BENEFITS:

EMPLOYMENT REQUIREMENTS:
  • Minimum 4 years In-Process Quality Inspection experience
  • Experience in machining and fabrication required
  • Inspection of parts at all stages of the production process
  • Able to identify problems as they occur, take corrective action,
  • trace, and update the inspection process
  • In charge of all in process checks and final inspection
  • Experience working with micrometers, verniers and calipers
  • Strong reporting and inspection skills
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:
  • Minimum High school diploma required
HOURLY RANGE:
  • $23 - $26/hr depending on experience
