Account ExecutiveWho are weWelcome to Chekkit! Chekkit is customer interaction and reputation management software!We give customers the tools to better communicate with their customers. Our mission is to build software that is easy to use and affordable for everyday business owners, and build a great team of people to work with and support our customers!What is the opportunityWe are looking for a top-notch, driven and successful candidate to sell subscriptions of our software to businesses throughout North America, Australia and the UK. This is an outside sales role, utilizing a combination of email, phone/video calls. You will educate our customers on the benefit our software brings businesses, demonstrate the functionality of the software, and fulfill account agreements when businesses decide to proceed with Chekkit.This role will be enticing to people who thrive in a fast-paced goal-orientated team environment, love working with people, and have the flexibility to work on a schedule designed to meet our client’s needs.What will you do

  • Proactively seek new customers and maintain existing clients’ accounts within the designated territories. Manage multiple customers involving a variety of resources with defined deadlines
  • Evaluate customer requirements and propose appropriate solutions
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations as appropriate with a view of securing business for Chekkit
  • Identify referral opportunities. Reconnect and follow up with customers.
  • Maintain a working knowledge of the applicable systems.
  • Document all details of client requests and conversations in the appropriate system
  • Manage daily workload in accordance with company standards
  • Respond favorably to all coaching and training provided, make use of self-coaching tools where available.
What do you need to succeed
  • 1+ years of experience in communications, account management, or regional sales.
  • Strong Computer literacy skills as we use a variety of computer software that help us operate far beyond what we would be capable of on our own.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills along with the confidence to relay information, advice, and guidance to customers in a way that computes best to them.
  • Ability to handle fluctuating work volumes in a fast paced, customer focused environment.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
