  • Processing both manual and work order invoices,
  • Processing cheque runs, mailing out signed cheques,
  • Dealing with vendors on outstanding invoices along with going through the monthly statements,
  • Data entry information into Yardi,
  • Monthly financial statements and annual statements delivery using Sharefile and email,
  • Reviewing, separating the distribution cheques,
  • Filing,
  • Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in A/P,
  • Knowledge of Yardi is an asset,
  • Attention to details,
  • Highly organized team player
  • Able to work unsupervised
  • Must have the ability to work extended hours as necessary to complete job duties
