Job Description

Anchor Construction Industrial Products is a leading wholesaler of anchors, fasteners, power tools & accessories and safety products in Western Canada. Through our 6 branches, weve been providing customers with products and solutions for over 53 years.We are currently looking for an experienced Accounts Receivable Clerk for our Winnipeg Head Office. The right candidate will have experience in Accounts Receivable, or is currently enrolled in an accounting program.Accounts Receivable:

  • Preparing and mailing invoices to customers
  • Posting payments to customer accounts
  • Organizing and filing deposit receipts as invoices are paid
  • Following up with and collecting on delinquent accounts
  • Reconciling cash receipts and deposits
  • Filing weekly invoices
  • Other accounting duties as assigned
