Req # 21009Maxim Truck & Trailer1860 Brookside Blvd.Winnipeg, MB R3C 2E6Do you have exceptional Customer Service Skills with experience in Credit & Collections Do you have experience in high volume credit environment If so, this may be the job for you!As an Accounts Receivable Coordinator you will set and review credit limits for new and current customers, as well as collections and administrative responsibilities.Responsibilities:

  • Performing credit analysis on assigned portfolios of credit accounts and manage relationships with various Finance partners for our customer base
  • Analyze new and existing accounts, set limits and payment terms according to Maxim’s credit policy
  • Proactively manage customer portfolio
  • Contact customers on past due invoices and short payments on assigned portfolios.
  • Communicate with internal and external customers
  • Act as a liaison between sales and other departments regarding customer concerns.
  • Make recommendations on accounts for bad debts, collections or legal action
  • Other various duties
What you will need to succeed in this position: NOTE: A combination of education and experience will be considered
  • 2 to 3 years credit and collections and/or accounting experience.
  • Currently enrolled or working towards Certified Credit Professional (CCP) designation
  • Experience in high volume, customer credit environment
  • Experience in a multi-branch, mid-size company
  • Basic skills in MS word/Excel/E-mail software, Internet use and keyboarding
