Job Description

We are interested in hearing from qualified applicants who are interested in joining our friendly and collaborative Winnipeg office. The Administrative Assistant will work closely with the Office Manager and team of Realtors to provide exceptional service. This is a part-time, in-office position within the hours of 8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m., Monday to Friday with flexible hours.Responsibilities Include:

  • File organization and maintenance
  • Organize deal files, complete check list of requirements, confirm brokerage documentation is complete and compliant
  • Correspond with clients, conveyancers, and real estate agents
  • Assisting with billing and collections processes
  • Assisting with processing disbursements, invoices, bank deposit requests and completing cheque requisitions
  • Completing courier and mail pick-ups and drop-offs
  • Preparing statement of adjustments and reconciliations
  • Assisting with project work and providing support during team absences
Qualifications Include:
  • Minimum two years of experience in an office services, hospitality or business centre role
  • Completion of a recognized office administration certificate program an asset
  • Confident using Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel, and maintaining an electronic filing system
  • Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail
  • Self-motivated, enthusiastic and proactive
  • Superior organizational and time management skills
  • Able to multitask and comfortable with shifting priorities
  • Able to climb two flights of stairs and lift up to 20 pounds
