This position is for a senior Administrative Support assistant. Uses standard procedures to accomplish assigned tasks and goals. Responsible for responding to basic to fairly complex phone and email inquiries and applies basic skills in the execution of existing procedures. Responsible for data entry and record maintenance.Basic Responsibilities:Acts as office manager with oversight of records management.Performs data entry and other normal office functions such as setting up and maintaining files, interviewing callers and making proper referrals, arranging meetings and conferences and receiving, referring or answering mail.Reviews drafts and finished documents for appropriate grammatical usage and answers questions relating to office operations and established policies and procedures.Gathers, compiles and reports on information relevant to supervisors assignment.This includes working independently on special assignments, managing the Executives schedule, processing and handling of confidential documents and other administrative duties.Provides Administrative assistance to the General Manager and Leadership team.Provides clerical and office management support to the business.Arranges travel on behalf of the business.Acts as reception for the facility.Assists with travel arrangements and expense reports.Involved with Timecards and payroll as needed.Basic Qualifications:HS Diploma or AA/AS degree (or other 2-year post high school training) with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience ORIn the absence of a HS diploma, GED or AA/AS degree, 4 years of relevant experience is required.Preferred Qualifications:Prior Administrative Assistance experience is preferred.Collins Aerospace, a Raytheon Technologies company, is a leader in technologically advanced and intelligent solutions for the global aerospace and defense industry.
