  • Manage all aspects of organization’s office services
  • Monitor and action incoming mail, courier, emails
  • Gather, organize, file, maintain and scan all paper documentation and file*
  • Handling basic client requests;
  • Retrieve voicemail messages for direction to the proper party
  • Process payments from clients by credit card or cheques
  • Issue policies through our proprietary system as well as through our insurance provider’s systems
  • Print and send fulfillment documents by mail or email to clients
  • Take inventory of product fulfillment materials and print or order items which require replenishing
  • Maintain office supplies and order as necessary
· Assist the team as directed and with other duties as assignedQUALIFICATIONS · Minimum of 2 years of experience in Office Administration· Minimum of 3 years of Customer Service experience· Demonstrated proficiency in written/oral communication (writing, planning, editing, formatting, spelling) in the English language· Must have high degree of computer literacy in a Windows environment (Word, Excel, and Outlook – SharePoint experience also an asset· Strong keyboarding skills (min of 50 WPM)· Exceptional organizational skills· Ability to establish priorities, work independently, problem solve and proceed with objectives without supervision· Must be alert and resourceful and be able to interact with a cross section of individualsType of Person Who Will Succeed in this Role· Detail Oriented – Can see the smallest details, but also the big picture· Customer Centric - Approach in all that you do· Positive and Outgoing – You interact in a socially engaging manner· Self Starter – High volumes of work with (sometimes) very little supervision· Sense of Urgency – Can work quickly with a high tolerance for ambiguity· Motivated– Rolls up sleeves and gets things doneNext StepsIf you think this position may have potential for you, then send us your resume and cover letter.
