GHY International Inc. has an exciting opportunity available at their Winnipeg office location. Reporting to the Canada Trade Services Manager, this individual must have strong organizational skills, advanced excel knowledge and attention to detail.Responsibilities:
  • Amendment processing
  • Create b2 amendments
  • Assist with coverage for FTA
  • Yearly renewal process
  • Pursuits
  • Review of certificates for accuracy and/or discrepancies
  • Obtain corrections
  • Creating ECO in ITMR4
  • Scan certificates to Document Imaging
  • Create indexing files for Document Imaging
  • Billing pursuits where GHY was contracted to obtain on behalf of client (option 3)
  • FTA reports
  • Assist with Permits
  • Import and export permits through EICS, Quota transfers, Cancellation, and correction of permits
  • Weekly permit billing
  • Handle post entry items including, but not limited to:
  • Coordinate and log CBP Bills and payment
  • Log, scan and verify Treasury Refund Checks
  • Entering notes in files
  • Changes in status of files
  • Scanning Advance Rulings and National Customs Rulings
  • Save MARPS to Company overview
  • Save Audits to Company overview
  • Other duties as assigned.
