Be part of a professional Team achieving its core mission of supporting student success!Sundance College is a leading Alberta private college with multiple locations delivering diploma programs in both on-campus and online modalities in the business, health, hospitality, legal and technology fields.The OpportunitySundance College is currently seeking to fill the permanent role of an Admissions Advisor. This role is an on-campus position at our campus in Winnipeg, Manitoba.This role will appeal to those who truly enjoy supporting people to achieve their career goals while being well-rewarded for the skill and expertise they bring. With an excellent industry-specific CRM, clear well-organized processes and great support from positive supportive colleagues, Sundance advisors challenge as some of the best in the industry.Professionalism, energy, a sense of urgency and a love of the phone are foundation requirements for success in this field. A customer-centric approach with the ability to establish rapport with a diverse population is a must.Key Responsibilities

  • Recruit qualified candidates for the college’s academic programs in a compliant and professional manner
  • Respond to student inquiries from potential candidates,
  • Work warm leads supplied by the college in a timely manner;
  • Provide program information, guidance, and assistance to students
  • Completing and following-up on the student enrollment process
  • Attend occasional community events and trade shows
  • Updating and maintaining the company CRM / recruiting software
Qualifications and Experience
  • Post-secondary degree (preferred)
  • Minimum of 5 years sales or account management experience
  • B2C selling experience (preferred)
  • Individuals with sales skills training and professional selling are an asset
  • Ambitious and goal-oriented with a strong drive to succeed
  • Exceptional phone etiquette and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well independently and as a positive supportive team member
  • Desire to engage and contribute to a fun, fast-paced, supportive environment
