Ce poste est une excellente porte d’entrée pour apprendre les rouages des opérations d’une entreprise commerciale car le candidat apprendra tout le processus de déboursé du début à la fin. C’est-à-dire que vous serez responsable de la vérification de la documentation et l’avance de fonds des produits de la petite entreprise. À la fin de la formation complète, vous serez en mesure de répondre par courriel aux questions des notaires et des directeurs de comptes en français et anglais.Quelles seront vos tâches

  • Compléter des tâches administratives simples et complexes concernant ladministration et le déboursé de produits du secteur de la petite entreprise (vérification LAB, cartes de crédit, marge de crédit, prêts à terme, etc.).
  • Répondre aux demandes provenant de nos partenaires de services en utilisant différentes applications.
  • Les horaires sont de 8h30 à 17H00 HE et 8h00 à 16h30 HE (rotation) et des heures supplémentaires occasionnellement au besoin pendant les périodes de pointe

  • Bilinguisme Français/Anglais - Bilinguisme requis, car vous ferez régulièrement affaire avec des partenaires partout au Canada
  • Excellentes compétences en organisation
  • Attention aux détails, capacité de travailler sous pression et dans des délais serrés pour maintenir un niveau supérieur de service à la clientèle
Atouts
  • Bonne connaissance des systèmes CASPER, OLBB, CMS, Synergie, Plateforme de service et CGE.
  • Connaissances des produits et des processus connexes des prêts RBC
  • Avoir certaines connaissance des processus et garanties spécifiques à la petite entreprise et de leurs systèmes connexes
  • Bonne connaissances des systèmes Word, Excel et Outlook
  • Expérience bancaire.

_____________________________________________________________Whats the opportunityWe’re looking for a dynamic and motivated candidate to complete complex tasks related to small business deals. This is an ideal role to enter the business/commercial side of the operations since the candidate will learn the end to end process of disbursing a credit card, a business loan and more. The candidate will be responsible for the verification of documentation and advance of funds pertaining to small business lending products. At the end of the training, the candidate will handle inquiries by email from lawyers and account managers in French and English.What will you do
  • Perform simple and complex administrative tasks pertaining to the administration and the funding of small business products (AML verification, credit cards, line of credit, loan, etc.).
  • Fulfill requests from our Service Partners for transactions through various applications.
  • Flexible to work Monday to Friday, from 8:30am to 5pm EST and 8:am to 4:30PM EST (rotation) and occasional overtime as needed during peak periods
What do you need to succeedMust-have
  • Bilingual French/English - Bilingualism required, as you will regularly do business with partners across Canada
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Attention to detail, ability to work under pressure and with tight deadlines to maintain a superior level of customer service
Nice-to-have
  • Good knowledge of CASPER, OLBB, CMS, Synergy, Service Platform and CGE
  • Demonstrated knowledge of RBC loan products and related processes
  • Some knowledge of Small Business securities and processes
  • Good knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Banking experience
