We are looking for an experienced live-in resident manager for an apartment complex in East Transcona. The complex has 2 buildings (130 suites total). This is an important position would be suitable to a mature, confident and responsible person with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.Duties and responsibilities are limited to administration and maintenance (cleaning, snow clearing and lawn care are looked after by others). Duties include:- minor repairs in common areas and in suites- enforcing the property managers rules and regulations- showing suites to prospective tenants- completing incoming and outgoing condition reports- tenant relations: responding quickly to tenant requests/concerns and being polite and courteous at all times- being on call 24/7 in case of emergency- maintaining a high level of professionalism and presentability at all timesQualifications include:- exceptional communication skills- previous experience with minor repairs- the ability to work independently and efficiently- self-motivated- pleasant demeanor and good people skills- must be physically fit and capable of lifting 50 lbs.We offer excellent remuneration plus discounted rent.The Resident Manager is required to live on site.
