We are seeking a Baker to join our fast-paced production team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating high-quality baked goods using recipes that are pre-approved by our recipe development.Duties and Responsibilities
  • Prepare products according to food safety standards
  • Production planning (forecasting, keeping up with the demand etc.)
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Preparation of a variety of desserts, pastries and other baked goods for bakery cafes
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned
Job location: 271 Grassie Blvd Unit 2, Winnipeg, MB R2G 2L7Requirements:
  • Must be able to lift 25-35 lbs
  • Must be able to work flexible schedule including closing, opening, and weekend
  • Previous experience in baking is an asset
  • Ability to exert well-paced mobility for up to 8 hours, including standing, walking, bending and squatting
  • Ability to use a commercial oven, commercial stand mixer and other baking equipment
  • Friendly, good communication
  • Enjoys fast-paced work environment
  • Has multi-tasking skills
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent, Internship / Co-opContract length: 12 monthsPart-time hours: 20-40 per weekSalary: From $11.95 per hourAdditional pay:
