Duties & Responsibilities (Include but not limited to):
  • Process Customer orders received via email, phone, online and fax.
  • Track orders, provide Customer/Vendor ETAs.
  • Source & price items, help prepare quotes with sales team.
  • RMA & RTV processing.
  • Stock inventory / Parts purchasing & receiving.
  • Vendor sourcing & follow-up.
  • Defect tracking & analysis.
  • Various Admin duties.
Requirements:
  • 3 years Minimum combined experience Customer Service / Buyer / Admin.
  • Must have excellent phone manner and enjoy working with Customers / Vendors.
  • Experience working with confidential company information.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook, and Google Email.
  • Good understanding of inventory related systems.
  • Ability to speak, read and write fluently in English.
