Ipsos Interactive Services (IIS) is the operations division that offers a full range of online, survey-based services to our internal Client Service team members.What makes this role important at IpsosThis position reports directly to the Field Manager to oversee the productivity, quality, and time management of Team Leaders, QuAMs and interviewers. In accordance with corporate standards, the individual will oversee and coordinate all project work, and will ensure the achievement of successful results within established timeframes.What you can expect to be doing:

  • Review results (productivity and quality stats) on a regular basis.
  • Maintain Field Resource Plan and implement the required plan of action to meet project demands.
  • Staff management and development.
  • Administrative management.
This might be the job for you if you have:
  • Call Centre experience.
  • Proven track record of excellent attendance and punctuality
  • Well-developed and effective interpersonal skills are required
  • Excellent written and verbal skills
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite applications required, particularly Excel and Word.
  • Must be available to work 5 shifts per week (evenings & weekends).
  • Preference will be given to candidates with supervisory/management experience in a fast paced, complex customer service environment
