This position includes complimentary accommodation in staff housing!We are looking for a Bartender/Supervisor to join our TEAM! We would like someone with 2 years of supervisor experience, and 5 years of food & beverage experience. This position is for our Seagulls Restaurant as well as some shifts in our Banquet Department when needed.We are looking to hire a guest-oriented Bartender/Supervisor to ensure that our F&B operations run smoothly. The supervisors responsibilities include overseeing the activities of front of house staff, bartending, handling guest & employee issues, expediting customers orders as needed, and maintaining good working relationships with employees. This position is the Shift Leader when the Restaurant and/or Banquet Managers are not on site.Staff housing is only 1.5 kilometres drive from the resort, or a 10 – 15 minute walk taking a short-cut through our golf course. We have a small, close-knit community of about 50 employees that live in housing on the Island. If you like nature and the outdoors, this is a fantastic place to live!
