Landlords and tenants may appeal orders and decisions issued by the Residential Tenancies Branch. Qualifications:Essential:
  • Administrative experience including drafting and formatting documentation and correspondence.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with Microsoft Word and Outlook.
  • Strong accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Excellent English verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent English written communication skills.
  • Excellent French verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent French written communication skills.
Desired:
  • Knowledge of residential tenancies matters.
  • Experience working in a legal environment.
Duties:The Administrative Assistant provides initial intake of appeals and appropriately handles sensitive and personal information while demonstrating committed customer service by responding to the individual client’s needs.
