The successful candidate will be friendly and professional in their spoken and written communications with property manager. Common tasks will include managing excel spreadsheets and Quick Books including income, expenses and payments, sorting and delivering incoming mail and fax communications, photocopying documents, entering information to bookkeeping, taking client payments and preparing receipts, filing, going to the post office when needed. The successful candidate will assist the Office Manager with preparation of contracts for professional services and scheduling appointments.
