Infinity Nutrition & Health Coaching (winnipeghealthcoaching.com) is looking for a female bootcamp instructor to fill a maternity leave starting on October 24th. The role includes one class per week every Monday at 6:00pm located at Assiniboia West Rec Centre (861 Buchanan Blvd) in St. James.The successful candidate must be extremely reliable, energetic, encouraging, knowledgeable, confident, and be able to deliver an exceptional experience to the class participants every week.Infinity bootcamps are known for our welcoming, no-judgement environment. We accept all individuals and fitness levels, and our regular group is mostly women over 30. Bootcamp instructors are responsible for unlocking the community centre, setting up the class (equipment, music, sign in sheet), conducting a safe, motivational, and effective bootcamp class for 15-25 people (this includes a warm up, 3-4 circuits, and a cool down), and sanitizing and putting away equipment after the class. Instructors are also required to provide information to the class about general Infinity communications and encourage continued participation in future programs or our complimentary one-on-one services.Instructors must be fully invested in the wellbeing of the participants at all times, which includes correcting form, offering modifications, pushing participants to work hard and challenge themselves, encouraging questions, offering tips, and staying vocal for the duration of the class. We NEVER discourage people or make them feel bad - this is a positive, uplifting environment!Other information:Training hours are $15/class, and teaching classes independently range from $25-$35/class depending on the number of participants.Bootcamp surveys are sent out frequently to the class participants to ensure the instructors are providing a great experience overall.There may be additional opportunities for advancement with Infinity should the successful candidate be interested and qualified. This includes filling in for additional classes (we run at least two classes/week, the other one being on Thursdays at 6:00pm), as well as Health Coaching opportunities with the company.
