Responsibilities include:Cleaning buildingDaily security check of building and vacant unitsLandscape duties, including grass cutting, snow removal, garbage removalInspection of building - includes : heating, cooling, lighting, alarm systems to ensure they are in good working order - report any problemPerforming basic repairs and maintenance tasks as required/painting, lock changesSourcing, booking, supervising contractors for major repairsMonitoring cleaning materials, tools, and furniture, reordering as requiredManaging bookings for any buildings or rooms available for hireEnsuring building safetyAdhering to the companys safety policies to create a safe working environment for everyoneMove ins, move outs, reporting movesNotice delivery/lease renewal deliverySupport rent collectionJob Type: Full-timeSalary: $12.00-$18.00 per hourBenefits:
