This role is perfect for someone who takes pride in their craftsmanship, enjoys problem-solving on-site, and thrives in a collaborative environment. You will work alongside lead carpenters and project managers to bring high-quality renovations to life while maintaining professionalism and efficiency on the job site. Responsibilities Perform rough and finish carpentry on residential remodeling projects Assist with framing, drywall, flooring, cabinetry, and other construction tasks Work closely with lead carpenters and project managers to complete jobs efficiently Follow detailed blueprints, plans, and job specifications Maintain a clean and safe worksite, ensuring compliance with safety regulations Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and supervisors Troubleshoot and solve job-site challenges proactively Qualifications Minimum of two years of carpentry experience (residential remodeling preferred) Strong knowledge of construction techniques, tools, and materials Ability to read and interpret blueprints and job plans Reliable transportation and a valid driver #39;s license Strong work ethic, punctuality, and attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a team Willingness to learn and grow in the trade Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Valid driver #39;s license and reliable transportation. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Experience with budgeting, scheduling, and subcontractor coordination.
