You will oversee skilled laborers, ensure job site safety, and guarantee that all work is completed on time and to our high standards. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring experience in landscaping, construction, and project management.What You #39;ll Do

• Lead and manage onsite construction crews, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety.
• Interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications to execute landscape projects accurately.
• Operate and oversee the use of heavy equipment such as skid steers and excavators.
• Train, mentor, and motivate team members, ensuring high-performance standards.
• Manage material deliveries, scheduling, and workflow to meet project deadlines.
• Conduct site inspections to uphold company quality standards and client expectations.
• Ensure compliance with Manitoba workplace safety regulations and company policies.
• Communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and project managers.

What We #39;re Looking For

• 3 or more years of experience in construction landscaping, hardscaping, or related fields.
• Proven ability to lead and manage teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong knowledge of landscape construction techniques, including grading, drainage, and stonework.
• Experience with skid steers, mini-excavators, and other construction equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret landscape blueprints and technical drawings.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a strong attention to detail.
• Valid Class 5 driver #39;s license with a clean record.
• Ability to perform physical labor in various weather conditions.
