We take pride in our work, value our employees, and provide opportunities for growth in a thriving industry.Learn more about us at: https://lawnnorder.ca/As a Garden Laborer, you will play a key role in assisting our skilled tradespeople with various landscaping and construction projects.You #39;ll gain hands-on experience working with different materials, tools, and equipment. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals with a strong work ethic who are eager to learn and develop trade skills in the landscaping and construction industry.Tasks:

• Planting: Annuals, perennials, shrubs and trees. Containerized, residentialamp; commercial planting sites.
• General garden maintenance;
• Watering
• Deadheading
• Weeding
• Shaping; hedgingamp; pruning.
• Transplanting and dividing
• Clean up: move and lift 50 lbs,
• Seasonal Decor set up: change outdoor display into decorative pieces by using various products. Summer, fall and winter.

Must:

• Be able to work independently and in a team
• Be able to work long hours outside in all weather.
• Be physically fit (good stamina) and able to perform physically demanding tasks
• Have high attention to detail
• Be able to work in awkward positions, or do repetitive motions for a long period of time.
• Be able to follow instructions
• Be creative, passionate and highly motivated.
