Job Description

The Central File Closing (CFC) Administrator is an integral part of Boyd Autobody & Glass operations and is responsible for the File closing and Billing activities in the Winnipeg market. The main responsibilities for this position include:

  • File closing, and ensuring all points of the file closing checklist have been completed.
  • Billing / sending files as final through the appropriate estimate system (Audatex, Mitchell / Repair Center) for payment.
  • Ensuring shops collect the customer portion of files.
  • Receivable follow up on aging reports to ensure outstanding balances are collected / resolved.
  • Expected to have regular communication via phone / email / chat with the multiple Winnipeg locations and various Insurance Companies.
  • Entering notes in each file in ASE regarding file closing, billing and receivable follow up.
Qualifications
  • Being familiar with Audatex and Mitchell / Repair Center.
  • Understanding parts process or estimating process considered an asset.
  • Complete understanding of ASE system considered an asset.
  • Experience in billing and file management
  • Experience in interacting with MPI (Manitoba Public Insurance) considered an asset
