We are looking for a highly motivated, out-going, health conscious individual to join our team ASAP!If you love connecting with people and helping those in need, then this is a job for you.The position of Chiropractic Assistant/Office Manager is someone who runs the day-to-day operations of our health care facility. We have 2 chiropractors and 2 massage therapists on site. You will be responsible for answering phones and scheduling patients, taking payments, keeping the facility clean, tidy and welcoming, supporting the health care providers with patient care and requirements, keeping track of daily, weekly, monthly monetary transactions, as well as participating in social media communications and more.Our office is fully paperless so knowledge and competency of computers, email programs, iPads and apps are required.Sales and service experience is not required but would be an asset.Minimum requirements are a high school diploma or equivalent.Social media skills a benefitOffice hours are M-W-Th 7:30 am - 2:30 pm, T 7:30 am - 12 pm, 2 pm - 6:30 pm (30+ hours a week over 4 days) to start as soon as possible.Work Remotely
