Team Description:Employee Technical Services (ETS) provides our employees with innovative and unified IT services. Supporting our dynamic and evolving environments, ETS operates with two core teams: IT Support and Systems Administration. As an IT Support Analyst I on the IT Support team you will have the opportunity to deliver exceptional technical support to our employees on issues relating to hardware, software, and peripherals. This is a fast-paced and challenging role, requiring a keen ability to assess, prioritize and appropriately respond to multiple (and often competing) tasks, requests, and projects.You will work closely with a diverse team of passionate and creative thinkers, dedicated to their craft and mentorship, with the purpose to create amazing IT support experiences for all our people.In addition to supporting our growing organization with staff operating across Canada and the US, we are always in pursuit of new value-driven approaches and technologies. Job Summary:This team has numerous responsibilities, and we will expect you to be a positive, enthusiastic collaborator to address them. As an IT Support Analyst, you will be:

  • Onboarding and offboarding employees and contractors according to policy and procedures
  • Providing IT support service remotely and in person as appropriate
  • Procuring, configuring, and delivering IT hardware, software, and peripherals to our employees
  • Performing asset and inventory management for end user hardware and software
  • Creating and updating documentation of end user Help Guides and team procedures
  • Creating, updating, and revoking end user software licenses
  • Assisting other technical teams on tasks and projects as required
Qualifications:
  • Minimum one-year experience working in an IT Support environment
  • Diploma in Computer Technology or equivalent
  • A+, MCSE, MCSA, CCNA, and other industry certifications are desirable
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Deep knowledge of Windows 10 and Mac OSX operating systems
  • Experience with Microsoft Active Directory and Azure AD for user account management
  • Microsoft 365 Enterprise support and administration
  • Experience configuring and supporting audio-visual equipment and video conferencing systems
  • Experience with Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) and Jamf Apple Management for imaging and application management
  • Functional knowledge of basic enterprise networking infrastructure (network protocols, firewalls, routing, and switching)
  • Able to effectively and concisely communicate technical information and procedures to end-users
  • Experience working in a software development company
  • Experience supporting, troubleshooting, and configuring on-prem and cloud-hosted software
This position requires lifting, bending, stooping, and moving various computer equipment up to 50 lbs, requires working on hands and knees to deploy computer equipment, wiring and make repairs to a/v systems. Travel within the US or Canada may be required along with the ability for occasional on-call or after hours. What does it mean to be part of our team
