Job Description

The CompanyWe are a distributed (work from home) organization with team members living in cities all over the world, in 5 countries and more than 35 states or provinces. We provide the operational backbone (our software businesses) and the insider stories and ticket sales engine (our consumer businesses) for thousands of live events organizations in 15 different countries, and we are among the largest organizations in this space, competing neck and neck for clients with household brands like Ticketmaster & Eventbrite.Our customers include organizations like Wembley Stadium, The Grand Ole Opry, The Bluebird Cafe, Playhouse Square, University of Tennessee and City Winery (plus too many more very cool and innovative organizations to list!).We have just under 200 employees located around the world, including developers, salespeople, writers & editors and a myriad of other roles.As a Content Manager in our Client Enablement department, you will ensure the success of our learning and adoption strategy by building 1:many engagement and education programs that benefit clients from onboarding onward. You will create and deliver high quality content in various formats that facilitate continuous product adoption, create capable client users, and showcase our recommended best practices using AudienceView’s suite of products.Key Responsibilities:

  • Creating and delivering regular webinars for new and existing clients in our three live webinar series: Ask an Expert, Best Practices, and What’s New.
  • Building and maintaining a comprehensive curriculum of on-demand video training courses to assist the process of onboarding new clients and users to AudienceView’s products.
  • Collaborating with our Technical Writers to produce help text and guides in-app and how-to-articles in our client knowledgebase.
  • Creating opportunities for clients to engage with us and each other by monitoring and contributing to our online discussion boards and client community.
  • Participating in the product release process to create content and training material for all new features.
  • Promoting continuous product adoption by showcasing the value of our features through client success stories and specific use cases.
  • Working closely with the other Client Success functions such as Client Management and Client Support to identify gaps in our offerings and ensure our programs are deflecting common client questions.
  • Monitoring industry trends to ensure our enablement programs remain relevant and meet client needs.
  • Developing new content and engagement offerings as required.
  • Participating in AudienceView’s client conference and meetup activities as a committee member.
  • Acting as a subject matter expert by maintaining a thorough knowledge of the AudienceView Campus/Grad product.
  • Maintaining a good working knowledge of the ticketing and live events industries.
  • Continuously seeking improvements to existing processes.
Qualifications:
  • Experience creating and delivering online training and self-help content for a SaaS company.
  • Comfortable in front of a crowd or on camera, with an ability to engage with the audience and respond to questions.
  • An enthusiasm for creating positive client experiences and desire to engage with clients in a variety of formats.
  • Experience using webinar, online conferencing and video creation tools such as Captivate, Docebo, and Zoom.
  • Working knowledge of ticketing, e-commerce, or fundraising within the sports, arts, or live entertainment industry.
  • Experience with AudienceView Campus (University Tickets) software or other ticketing systems is an asset.
  • Team player with collaborate attitude and ability to work with multiple departments in an organization.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with Salesforce, Microsoft 360, JIRA, Pendo is an asset.
