This role is located in Winnipeg, MB in a hybrid capacity, some work being completed from home and some work being completed in an office environment. Under the supervision and direction of the Client Services Manager, the successful applicant will handle all inbound customer communication as a valued member of the Client Services Team. You will field phone calls and emails, as well as create client care tickets to log customer inquiries. Each day is different, but you will be supported and mentored by a group of enthusiastic teammates. In house training is provided, but experience working with an ERP system (particularly NetSuite) would be advantageous.Responsibilities:
