Looking for a reliable Closing Line Cook. Duties will include cooking everything from Breakfast to Dinner. Maintaining quality of food and cooking as per Smittys Standards. Preparation of food items, portioning and maintaining a clean environment. Cleaning grills at the end of the evening, making sure food is properly rotated and date and put away when not in use and having the kitchen ready for the next day.
