Job Description

Kent Welding Gun has been manufacturing products for the welding industry for over 50 years. We also do machining for a wide range of other industries. We have a modern, clean shop, using some of the latest CNC machines. Ranging from simple 2 & 3 axis to advanced 7 & 8 axis machines with barfeeders. We are looking to fill a opening for a CNC lathe set-up/operator. Only applicants with some experience will be considered.

  • Safely set-up and operate CNC Lathe Machining centers to accurately machine products from shop drawings.
  • Be responsible for products conforming to drawings.
  • Maintain a clean, organized work space.
  • Perform daily machine maintenance.
  • Have experience on CNC Lathes.
  • Experience on CNC mill a asset.
  • CAD/CAM programming an asset but not required.
Salary based on qualifications, and work experience. We offer RSP contribution, and work boot allowance. If you have a minimum of one year experience and willing to learn, and advance, training will be provided.Job Types: Full-time, PermanentSalary: $19.00-$32.00 per hourAdditional pay:
