We are looking for a Customer Service Specialist- Body Shop!!With the goal of providing exceptional customer service, the Customer Service Specialist is responsible for providing support to Capital Automotive Group customers in the Body Shop. The Customer Service Specialist provides a courteous and friendly atmosphere for our customers, committed to serving our customers in the most professional way possible. The Customer Service Specialist attracts potential customers by answering all aspects of service questions regarding their auto body repairs.The JobProcess all claims and work orders, prepare correspondences and fulfill customer needs to ensure customer satisfactionOffer an efficient, courteous, professional experience for our customers, while being adaptable to the needs of our customersEnhances body shop reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishmentsCommunicates with insurance company on a regular basis regarding coverages, deductibles, etcManages and maintains body shop rental fleet including billings to the insurance companyKeeps accurate mileages, fuel tanks, oil changes, etcBooks appointments for both repairs and estimates, with a good understanding of the insurance processAssists Repair Planner with ordering parts and creating Repair OrdersCollection of payment owed to Capital Automotive Group or to the insurance companyExplains repairs completed on the vehicle to the customerThe QualificationsMinimum 2 years experience in Customer Service, experience in a Body Shop environment would be considered an assetFriendly, empathetic, and dynamic, attentive and able to build a relationship of trust with the clientExcellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skillsExceptional customer service skillsSound decision-making and problem-solving abilitiesAbility to prioritize and maintain professionalism during high-volume periodsSelf-driven to work independently with the ability to work effectively and collaboratively in a team environmentWorking knowledge of body shop software such as Mitchell is an asset but not mandatoryValid Drivers licence with a clean driving recordCapital Automotive Group offers competitive total compensation, work that is challenging and meaningful, an engaging and collaborative work culture, performance recognition and room for growth opportunities.
