Job Description

We’re looking for an enthusiastic, focused individual to join our Computer Operations department.The Imager Files and Carton Contents Operator will work with highly sensitive data to support the manufacturing process in all plants. Primary responsibilities include; creating accurate high-speed imager files, prebalancing games and creating customer book lists for the finishing department.NOTE: The schedule for this position is from Monday to Friday days, 10AM to 6PMWhat You’ll Do

  • Creating imager files for all high-speed imagers, while using customer specifications
  • Pre-balances for all plants; creating and releasing control book lists and carton content listing files
  • Create pull book lists for customers that require them
  • Scan and archive to system all completed customer specs; file and catalogue correctly
  • MNP Audit Reports; receive, distribute, file and track all external audit reports
  • Other duties as required

What You’ll Need
  • Grade 12 education or equivalent is required. Related post-secondary education an asset
  • 1 – 2 years working within PBL’s manufacturing environment is an asset
  • Intermediate skills working with computers in both Unix and Windows operating systems
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail while working in a fast-paced work environment
  • Aptitude for numbers is essential
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English are required
  • Experience with handling sensitive and confidential information effectively and professionally
