If you are a detail-oriented professional administrator looking for a fun, hardworking and collaborative team that supports learning and continuous improvement, we want to meet you!Summary:The Property Administrator, Condominiums for Cushman & Wakefield | Stevenson has a passion for client services, is naturally detail oriented, and is dedicated to assisting the Property Manager in providing excellent service to clients and Condominium Boards alike. The Property Administrator’s core responsibility is to perform the tasks required to ensure smooth delivery of services to all stakeholders, and is involved in all aspects of day-to-day operation of the property, including financial reports, Board/Owner relations, maintenance and repair, security, janitorial services, landscaping, and snow removal.The Property Administrator, Condominiums reports directly to the Director, CondominiumsRequired Skills and Abilities:

  • Post-secondary degree or college certification in any subject area is required.
  • 2+ years of professional Administration experience – Ability to organize information physically and electronically.
  • Experience using property management software such as Spectra and/or Yardi is considered an asset.
  • Basic accounting knowledge required.
  • Knowledge of building systems is helpful.
  • Computer Skills – intermediate to advanced skills using Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word and other Microsoft Office programs is required.
  • Communication Skills – ability to communicate effectively and in a professional manner with all levels of the organization, both orally and written; possesses strong customer services skills and takes a diplomatic approach to successfully building and maintaining relationships with all stakeholders.
  • Organizational Skills – ability to allocate one’s time effectively and manage tight deadlines; ability to work under pressure and achieve quality results; ability to handle multiple demands and competing priorities, while adapting to new ideas and constant changes.
  • Ability to work effectively in a rapidly growing/changing environment with a high degree of resourcefulness, flexibility and adaptability.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Assists the Property Manager in preparing for all board meetings and attends meetings when required.
  • Coordinates the implementation of repairs, maintenance and renovations that are needed within each building, and monitors the
  • Sends general correspondence to Board Members and Owners on various items/issues, and as requested by the Property Manager.
  • Prepares and administers contracts for the provision of property services, such as cleaning and maintenance, snow removal, landscaping,
  • Ensures necessary purchase orders are issued, maintained and tracked via scheduled maintenance in Spectra.
  • Prepares Owner welcome packages, and assists with the preparation of legal documentation required.
  • Prepares correspondence materials for all Condominium Boards Members and Owners within the portfolio as directed by the property manager.
  • Completes all necessary photocopying, scanning, saving, filing, and emailing of monthly management reports or as directed by the Property Manager.
