The instructor will have experience in boreal and hemi-boreal forest tree biology, ecology and commercial forest management. Experience with teaching and/or work experience in the subject matter required, with field course teaching experience in the field an asset. Preparing and teaching a 3000 or 4000 level science course is also an asset. Instructor will be responsible for instructing field exercises relating to forest regeneration measurement, forest gap dynamics assessment, forest biodiversity calculation, Forest Ecosystem Classification assessment, tree core collection and measurement, forest measurement and assessment of forest succession dynamics for different commercial tree species in Manitoba.Remuneration$3,448.00 (inclusive of 6% vacation pay based on 2015-2019 UWFA-CAS Agreement)The closing date for applications is Friday, May 6, 2022.Note: Applicants must apply online by submitting their curriculum vitae and any other supporting documents by clicking on the "Apply" button below.
