Job Description

In addition, we offer continuing professional development and a competitive total compensation package (benefits, pension plan, etc).In the role of Corporate Receptionist and Administrator you will:

  • Respond to incoming calls in a courteous and professional manner; route caller to appropriate location, department or person; receive, acknowledge and direct all visitors promptly; attempt to interpret needs, provide information and/or handle inquiries as required at the reception desk.
  • Receive all 255 Broadway members / guests and advising staff accordingly; coordinate all incoming and outgoing direct deliveries and internal departmental communications.
  • Provide administrative support to corporate functions including Finance and Human Resources and assist with general administrative duties in the absence of the Premises and Corporate Coordinator as needed.
  • Coordinate and provide problem resolution as required associated with all building services including but not limited to: janitorial, food services, coffee services, parking, vending, conference rooms, work stations as well as interior and exterior furnishings, fixtures and equipment.
  • Coordinate service calls and liaise with staff and contractors to ensure minimal effect on business operations.
  • Provide assistance and support to the Premises Corporate Coordinator and Manager, Property Management and Development as deemed necessary or required.
Your experience:
  • Minimum education level of Grade 12 or equivalent, with post-secondary education considered an asset
  • Professional experience providing Business Administration support
  • Proficient in PC applications of Outlook, Word & Excel.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience organizing and planning multiple projects at once
  • Ability to work alone with minimal supervision
  • Demonstrated ability to understand and complete basic to intermediate math functions
