With over 1,700 members, the association is the sole granting body of the Chartered Professional in Human Resources (CPHR) designation within Manitoba.Our CPHR Manitoba staff are dynamic, flexible, creative, energizing, and passionate about providing value to our members, the association, and our partners.In the last five years, CPHR Manitoba has significantly advanced the HR profession and increased awareness of how it protects the public and facilitates business growth. As a result, our membership has increased - more future leaders wish to enter the profession and practicing HR professionals desire to become CPHRs. To help HR professionals achieve the designation and advance in their careers, CPHR Manitoba is seeking a CPHR Program Manager.POSITION SUMMARYReporting to the Chief Executive Officer, the CPHR Program Manageracts as the Deputy CPHR Registrar. The CPHR Program Manager provides exceptional customer service to members and ensures the integrity of the CPHR designation by facilitating certification requirements and adherence to professional standards. This position works with volunteer committees in awarding the CPHR designation to HR professionals who meet and maintain the required educational, experience, and professional development and conduct standards.MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES
