The Customer Experience at NeoOur Customer Experience Team is a group of passionate problem solvers who are dedicated to providing our customers with an exceptional experience. As a member of our team, youll be the first point of contact for our growing customer base, answering calls, advocating for and helping customers navigate their journey with Neo. What will help you succeed
  • 2+ years experience in a customer-facing role
  • Experience in financial services or with financial products is an asset
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with an acute attention to detail
  • You relate well to people from all backgrounds and foster a teamwork approach
  • You’re organized and capable of prioritizing tasks in a dynamic work environment
  • You demonstrate the ability to handle customer issues resourcefully and with compassion,
  • polished communication and empathy
