Red River Co-op is recruiting for the position of Customer Fulfillment Clerk at our new Seasons of Tuxedo Food Store, located at 755 Sterling Lyon Parkway in Winnipeg, MB.Position:Essential responsibilities of the Customer Fulfillment Clerk include but are not limited to the following:Be a liaison and public relations representative for the Co-op within the communities we serve.Deliver world-class customer service that is fast, friendly and efficient.Prepare online grocery orders from our customers.Ensure all orders are picked with the freshest and highest quality product, properly bagged, stored as needed and that all orders are ready for pickup in a timely manner.Deliver orders to customer’s vehicles efficiently while maintaining the highest level of customer service.Handle issues related to online orders including ensuring the prompt and proper resolution of customer issues according to defined procedures.Process online order returns in store and provide solutions for other online order related issues.Perform general housekeeping duties as required including cleaning bins, shelving, equipment, removal of garbage, sweeping floors and ensuring all traffic areas are kept clear.Monitor case temperature, clean equipment and notify manager of any repairs that are requiredEnsure that all food safety and food handling standards are strictly adhered to.Observe safety measures and report hazardous conditions immediately to the Grocery Manager.Perform other duties as assigned.About You:Previous experience in a retail grocery department, preferred but not required.Availability:Please clearly communicate your availability as this will be used to screen potential candidates.Total Rewards:Red River Co-op offers a competitive salary and benefits package including pension plan and employee discount.
