Bouygues Energies & Services is a leading provider of Facility Management services to a range of clients across Canada and, through our parent company, globally.We are hiring a permanent, part-time (20 hours per week) Customer Service Agent (CSA) to work in our Terminal Pass Office at the Winnipeg Richardson International Airport. Hours of work vary slightly and will fall between the hours of 7:30am-5:30pm Monday to Friday. Currently, the wage is $18.46 per hour ($1 less during the probationary period).The ideal candidate is client-focused, detail-oriented and reliable. This individual will demonstrate at least two years of work experience in customer service, administration and data processing. Strong Microsoft Office skills will be required and related experience working with the public or in the aviation industry is considered an asset. Please note that this person must be able to obtain and maintain a Transportation Security Clearance.This is a unionized role with the Public Alliance Service of Canada (PSAC) and all wages and benefits are determined as per the Collective Bargaining Agreement.Reporting to the Lead Agent, the Customer Service Agent will be responsible for the following duties and responsibilities:
