Here’s what’s expected of a Customer Service Agent… * Confidently and professionally welcome, engage and connect with our customers by email and chat
  • Responds to questions from customers regarding their orders, purchases and refunds with an empathetic, solution-oriented approach
  • Communicate with Buying, Supply Chain, and eCommerce teams to help resolve customer service issues
  • Utilize Salesforce, our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform, as well as a variety of systems applications and reference tools (policies, processes) when addressing customer service inquiries
  • Ensure our customers have a positive and lasting impression of their Toys R Us experience
