Job Description

Labels Unlimited is looking for a highly motivated team player to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. This is a Permanent, Full Time (Mon-Fri) Position.Qualifications and Skills:

  • Ability to work well under pressure, prioritize workloads to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Provide superior customer service to both internal and external customers.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • High attention to detail with the ability to follow set procedures and instructions.
  • Demonstrated organizational, problem solving and analytical skills.
  • Highly proficient in MS Office Programs.
  • Be able to work independently as well as participate as part of a team.
  • Ability to use general office equipment, including a multi-line phone system.
  • Previous office administrative experience is an asset
Your Role:
  • Responsible for creating work orders using Filemaker program (willing to train).
  • Taking orders and quoting on customers label needs.
  • Switchboard duties which include being first contact with customers and paging employees.
  • Acknowledges and/or replies to routine email correspondence on a regular basis.
  • Administrative duties including composing and editing correspondence, completing projects as assigned, backup to receptionist & billing departments.
  • Perform a variety of clerical functions such as filing, faxing and photocopying.
  • Administrative assistance to the different company departments as needed.
  • Other duties as assigned.
