The CSR is accountable for the company’s relationship with our valued customers. This would include guaranteeing quality of order entry, relationship establishment and development, and issue resolution.Specific responsibilities include:· Effectively answer customer inquiries, resolve issues, and manage customer expectations· Build positive, collaborative relationships with all points of contact including customers, team members, and leaders· Provide accurate and reliable information to customers· Complete order management, including data entry, obtaining and storing correspondence and documentation· Assist other team members including, sales team, warehouse personnel and management to ensure customers needs are being met· Escalate customer questions/concerns as needed and ensure that resolution in a timely manner· Other duties and responsibilities as requiredThe ideal candidate will possess:· High school education or GED (general education degree)· Two years previous customer service or office experience· Exceptional customer service skills with strong organizational skills· Able to function effectively in a fast paced environment· Detail oriented, with accurate data entry skills· Proficient in Microsoft Office products, including Outlook and Excel· Work collaboratively as a team member, as well as independentlyWe thank all applications for their interest.
