Are you a customer focused, driven individual, who is dedicated and passionate about always putting the customers needs first Then Meyers auto is the place for you! We are seeking a friendly, organized and customer focused individual to help with the office administration/customer service portion of our growing business. The successful candidate will be a front line representative of our well established family owned and operated shop. They will greet customers both in person and on the phone, booking our amazing customers in to have their repairs done and updating them about the status of those repairs. They will also be dealing with MPI on a daily basis to pull and adjust repair and glass claims using Mitchell Connect. Prior Experience in an office administration/receptionist position within the automotive field will be given higher consideration, but not required.
