Job Description

Customer Service RepresentativeExceldor Cooperative, an Award-Winning, long-standing company seeks a Customer Service Representative to join our team at our Winnipeg location! We are looking for someone who is a team player who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and connecting with customers via telephone and provide second to known customer service! This position is Monday to Friday, no weekends and reports directly to our Customer Service Manager located in St. Bruno, Quebec.Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication skills (written & oral) are required.
  • Excellent listening skills.
  • 2 to 5+ years’ experience working as a customer service representative in a fast-paced environment or equivalent experience.
  • Experiencing managing customer complaints and the ability to think on your feet to resolve customer issues/problems.
  • University/College Degree in administration considered an asset or combination of relevant training.
  • Experience working with Microsoft Office products such as MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook.
  • Bilingual is considered an asset. (English & French).
  • The ability to work as a team member and build internal relationships.
  • The ability work under stress and be able to adapt easily to situations with a sense of urgency.
Responsibilities:
  • Ensure the processing and adjustments of orders daily for customers by working closely with logistics, sales and operations so that the customer receives their order.
  • Responsible to respond to customers for both the turkey and chicken divisions to resolve any issues.
  • Ensure that customer complaints are handled in a timely and professional manner that meet the expectations of the Company.
  • Provide back up coverage to order desk staff during vacation periods.
  • Other duties as assigned.
