Job Description

Customer Service Representative - $40-42KLambert Nemec Group, Winnipegs leader in Operations & Accounting recruitment, has partnered with our client, a Manitoba Manufacturing firm, to recruit Customer Service Representatives. Reporting to the Business Manager, the successful Customer Service Representative will be an effective and friendly communicator.If you are looking for an opportunity with a Winnipeg Company with a competitive compensation package, this opportunity might be for you!Responsibilities:

  • Answering incoming customer phone inquires
  • Processing customer orders for replacement parts and new purchases
  • Maintaining relations with existing customer base
  • Respond to customer inquiries via email
  • Stay current on all existing and new product knowledge
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of Customer Service experience
  • Bilingual-French will be highly valued
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Skilled and accurate data entry
  • Ability to multitask and a quick learner
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office
