Job Description

Do you like to be a part of a small, tight knit team Are you an organized professional with great customer service skills This is your opportunity.Winnipeg Hyundai Collision Centre is hiring a Customer Service RepresentativeWe are looking for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and to take ownership of administrative support to our Collision Centre team.Acting as a Customer Service Representative, you will play a key role in curating the service experience for our valued clients who choose our Collision Centre services as well as managing daily and monthly business administrative duties.

  • Provide exceptional customer service to our valued clients by exceeding their needs and expectations.
  • Answering incoming phone calls and inquiries related to the Collision Centre.
  • Establish and sustain positive working relationships with customers, vendors and insurance companies.
  • Manage the claims management and closing process including insurance compliance.
  • Ensure reception area is neat and clean and exhibit an informed, professional approach with all customers
  • Collect payment from customers and issue receipts for goods and services
  • File company copies of body shop invoices
Your Capabilities and Credentials
  • High School Diploma
  • Experience in a customer service or sales capacity is considered an asset.
  • Ability to be professional and deliver exceptional service to clients
  • Excellent verbal/written communication
  • Excellent skills in Microsoft and Google platform software.
  • Must possess a valid drivers license and a safe driving history.
  • High attention to detail with proven time management and organizational skills
  • Reception and cashier background an asset
  • Body Shop reception an asset
  • Knowledge of Manitoba Public Insurance processes an asset
  • Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment with limited supervision

Shift Details: Monday to Friday: 8:00-5:00Job Types: Full-time, PermanentSalary: $31,000.00-$34,000.00 per yearBenefits:
