Eastside is looking for an experienced Customer Service Representative. The successful candidate will act as a liaison between the customer and the technicians, explain required maintenance with customers and advise them of any necessary service options.We are seeking someone who can work effectively in a group environment, has a positive attitude and has experience in the automotive industry.
