Job Description

Bee Maid Honey Limited is the marketing arm of the Alberta Honey Producers Co-operative Limited and the Manitoba Cooperative Honey Producers Limited. Honey produced by beekeepers in western Canada is processed and packaged at Bee Maid’s Winnipeg, MB and Spruce Grove, AB plants.Bee Maid Honey and the Cooperatives is looking to hire a full-time permanent Customer Service Representative to join our team located in Winnipeg. Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager, theCustomer Service Representative will be highly motivated, hands on individual, with a strong attention to detail.KEY RESPONSIBiLITIES:

  • Processes customer orders via EDI and email
  • Reviews, monitors, and responds to customer inquiries for domestic and international customers
  • Communicates and addresses all customer issues
  • Verifies pricing, delivery dates, and inventory quantities for customer orders
  • Manages customer portals for orders and delivery status
  • Collaborates with customers, brokers, and warehouses to ensure orders are delivered on time
  • Provides back up to team members
  • Other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS & SPECIFIC SKILLS REQUIRED
  • Business Administration Diploma or Bachelor of Commerce Degree would be preferred
  • 2+ years’ experience in a customer service roll is preferred
  • Strong computer skills using MS Office
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Excellent organizational skills with ability to work to tight timelines
  • Flexible and adaptable to change
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Dedicated and hard-working with a systems mindset
  • Proven ability to multitask and work independently with little supervision
  • Experience with Sage X3 is considered an asset
