Eastside Collision Repairs is currently looking to add a new Customer Service Representative to our growing team!The right candidate must be highly motivated, organized and have strong relationship building skills. As a CSR you will be the first and last impression left on our customers and we need to ensure everyone has a smooth and enjoyable experience during every step of their repair.Our Customer Service Team is responsible for:Requesting and downloading insurance claims, scheduling repair appointments, booking courtesy vehicles and most importantly, communicating with our customers.Some secondary responsibilities include:Collecting payments, issuing Purchase Orders, applying payments and posting sales.Experience with Mitchell Connect, Repair Center, UltraMate and Sage are an asset but not a requirement.Job Types: Full-time, PermanentSalary: $13.00-$17.00 per hourBenefits:
